At IndustriHUB, we want our customers to feel confident when ordering industrial products from us. If you receive an item that is not what you expected or arrives damaged, we will work with you to make the process as clear and efficient as possible.
Return Eligibility
Most standard stock items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

- PPE and safety equipment
- Respirator cartridges and filters
- Chemicals or hazardous materials
- Clearance items
- Any item marked as non-returnable by the manufacturer
These restrictions are in place due to health, safety, or supplier policies.
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved before being shipped back.
Please contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Once reviewed, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and instructions.

Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item not signed “clear” at delivery), we will cover the return shipping.
- If the return is due to customer preference (ordered the wrong item, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for return shipping and any applicable restocking fees.
Restocking Fees
Some returns may be subject to restocking fees based on supplier policy. These fees will be disclosed after return authorization and before the item is sent back.
Damaged or Defective Items
Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the product and packaging.
Please note that if a shipment is signed “clear,” the carrier and manufacturer may decline a damage claim.

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet begun processing.
Special-order or custom items cannot be cancelled once submitted to the supplier.
